Health is wealth. Health is very valuable and worth more than trillion. Millions of Crores of money cannot buy good health; we cannot buy good health that has earned millions. After the death of man, Earned money will not accompany you and no anything else.

All categories of people now working to live longer, better, and healthier lives by promising:

-Make the promise to our families to eat healthier.

-We promise to help our children exercise more and be more active, tell them not to smoke, and help our loved ones stop.

-The healthcare professional promises to help patients quit smoking and reduce their cholesterol. As a policymaker, we promise to support policies that promote healthy hearts.

-Make a promise as an employee to invest in heart-healthy workplaces. In the world today Heart disease is one of the number one killers.

But it doesn’t have to be this way. By making some small changes in our lives, we can reduce our risk of heart disease and stroke, as well as improve our quality of life and good example for the next generation. It’s about telling yourself, the people you care about, and the people around the world.

What can I do right now to look after my heart and your heart?

It would say everything on our hand, either being good or bad.

Follow dietary carefully, eat healthy and well cooked food. Take green vegetables and add some fruits to your diet also.

-Don’t eat junk food and excessive oily food

World Heart Day comes on September 28th once for every year, but we maintain our health is good.

World Heart Day, an annual celebration and celebration on September 29, aims to raise public awareness of heart disease, including its prevention and their global impact.

The World Heart Foundation organizes every year on September 29 to inform the public about cardiovascular diseases (CVD) and Promotes day awareness for preventive measures to reduce the risk of CVDs.

The goal is to motivate people to avoid at least 80% of premature deaths due to heart disease and stroke by controlling risk factors such as tobacco use, unhealthy diet and physical inactivity.

Heart disease is a group of disorders that affect the heart and blood vessels, which supply blood to the lungs, brain, kidneys, and other parts of the body.

How to prevent cardiovascular diseases?

Eat healthy. Improve your daily diet with fruits, vegetables, grain products, lean meat and fish as well as limit animal fat, sugar and salt consumption.

Do not smoke and do not be near people who smoke. Exercise regularly and slowly. It is advisable to move for 30 minutes every day to speed up heart rate and breathing.

Most physical activity is part of Indians’ work schedule, which can also reduce the risk of CVD.

-Can’t breathe with pain or rest.

-Swelling of legs, ankles and feet.

-Fatigue.

-Irregular heartbeats can be swift, beating, or fluttering.

-Dizziness, mild headache and fainting.

Symptoms of heart disease ,Endocarditis is an infection that affects the inner membrane, which separates the heart’s chambers and valves (Endocardium).

Symptoms of heart infection include:

-Fever.

-Shortness of breath.

-Weakness or fatigue.

-Swelling in your legs or abdomen.

-Changes in your heart rhythm.

-Dry or persistent cough.

-Skin rashes or abnormal spots.

Heart disease caused by valvular heart disease:

The heart has four valves – the aorta, mitral, pulmonary, and tricuspid valves – which are open to direct blood flow through your heart.

The valves may be damaged by a variety of conditions that can lead to narrow (stenosis), leak (regurgitation or defect) or improper closure (prolapse).

Depending on which valve is not working properly, valvular heart disease symptoms are usually:

-Fatigue.

-Shortness of breath.

-Irregular heartbeat.

-Swollen feet or ankles.

-Chest pain.

-Syncope

-Chest pain.

Or it may be due to diseases such as connective tissue disorders, excessive iron buildup (hemochromatosis), the formation of abnormal proteins (amyloidosis), or some cancer treatments.

Heart disease, such as endocarditis, occurs when irritants such as a bacterium, virus, or chemical reach your heart muscle.

The most common causes of heart infection include:

-Bacteria.

-Viruses.

-Parasites.

-Rheumatic fever.

Smoking:

Diabetes:

Obesity:

-Maintain a healthy weight.

-Reduce and manage stress.

-Practice good hygiene.
